Nissequogue (pronounced NI-se-quag) is a village in Suffolk County, New York. It is located on the North Shore of Long Island, approximately fifty miles east of Midtown Manhattan. The village is bordered by the Nissequogue River to the west, the Smithtown Bay to the north, the Stony Brook Harbor to the east, and Head of the Harbor and Smithtown on the south.
